Mighty Rice, Arsenic-Free Low GI White Rice, 15-Ounce (Pack of 6)

This rice is a great general-purpose rice--nice texture, fragrant, relatively high protein. It's not a substitute for sushi rice or arborio rice, though. Price at Amazon is only slightly higher than at my local grocery store. My family eats a lot of rice because our child must eat gluten free but he loves carbs and is vegetarian. *Sigh.* Mighty Rice saves the day--no arsenic!

Double the price of regular rice but it is arsenic free. Tastses ok, kind of like parboiled rice, so a bit on the dry side, but good flavor. I just wish it wasn't so expensive. Nice packaging and of course great shipping speed from Amazon.

I got this for $25 and would NEVER pay any more than that. They are majorly price gouging at this point. Just get the California rice and be done with it.

I ordered $73.83 worth of rice and only 2/3 of my order came in last year from my sept 10 2017 order. January 3rd I ordered another box for 29.13 and no rice has come and it is Febuary 24th.

I just cooked this rice tonight. Rinsed it 4-5 times and cooked it in two cups of water for approximately 15 minutes and let it sit with cover on for about ten minutes. It came out perfect and tastes great. It was so good to eat rice (again) without worrying about ingesting arsenic!!

The rice is good, but the cooking instructions seem to be off. After experimenting, I use 2 cups of water instead of 1.5, and I put the rice in after the water is boiling. Even on simmer, it still cooks in closer to 15 minutes than the recommended 20 minutes, so keep an eye on it.

So glad I tried this brand of rice. Excellent quality. Cooked Great and very good tasting too. Will purchase again.

Best rice I've ever eaten. Wish other rice companies could verify their arsenic levels the way this rice producer does!
