LA JOLIE MUSE Santal Rosé Scented Candles for Home, Natural Soy 40 Hrs

So I have to start off by saying that I was very surprised by how good this candle smelled when I opened it up!! Oh my goodness!! It is so pleasant, and exactly what I was looking for! I’m not into anything fruity smelling and this is not! I find that this smells a lot like sweet grace, so if you like that kind of smell you will love this! I put it under my candle warmer and wow!! My whole place is smelling absolutely amazing!! The glass holder is very classy and I will absolutely try the other scents !! Needless to say I’m very happy with my purchase!!

Ordered the rose. I really don’t like rose scents but based on the reviews that it’s not rose heavy I took a chance. Sitting right next to it didn’t work I could smell the rose. But when I moved it to another room it was fantastic. It has great throw too. I have an 800sqf apt and put it next to front door. I can smell it in my bdrm. The jar is lovely and it burns down evenly. Just ordered another one. It will stay in my rotation.

TL;DR I'm 100% going to be a repeat customer for the Santal Rose candle (for moi and gifting). OK, so, here's the thing... Fragrances are SO personal. When someone recommends a scent, I find that it can be hard to gauge the value of the recommendation unless I understand a bit about the recommender's scent preferences. So, I'll start by telling you a bit about scents I like before digging into the nuances of my reactions to this candle. MY SCENT PROFILE: I live for interesting scents AND I'm super picky because really strong scents can trigger migraines for me. Plus, I've been burned (pun intended, hehe) by candles that seemingly smell great, but have a lackluster payout when you actually light them. And there are a bevy of scents that are a HARD cringe for me. For example, I'm very much turned off by sickly sweet and gourmand fragrances that often plague the holiday season (I'm looking at you, PSL). I'm drawn to a range of fragrances, from fresh and aquatic (Bon Parfumeur 801) to clean and musky (Bulgari Eau Parfumée Au Thé Blanc). Usually, I make mood-dependent choices about which fragrance to choose for the day. When I think about my perfume library, some of my go-to fragrances that this candle brings to mind are: • Chloé Eau de Parfum • Narciso Rodriguez For Her • Tocca Cleopatra ABOUT THIS CANDLE: For me, rose is one of those scents that can be hit or miss... in my experience, it's a fine line between cloyingly floral and softly elegant. This candle absolutely falls into the second category! In addition to having a really lovely, gentle scent that envelopes the room, the delicately patterned pink glass container is so. dang. pretty. I'm definitely repurposing the container for cotton swabs in my bathroom after the candle is used up. This candle isn't as cheap as options you'll find at Marshall's or TJ Maxx, but I've found that I get what I pay for when I've bought candles at those stores. I think this candle's gorgeous diffusive fragrance is worth the price. I super recommend this candle as a treat to yourself or a sweet gift for your Anthropologie-obsessed friends. BONUS: A pro tip to help your candles last longer: Use a candle warmer or you can chip off pieces of the candle and use a wax melt warmer.)

It arrived broken but it looks exactly like the pictures and smells nice

Great candles for the fragrance and seems to burn a long time. I feel it is pricy.
