Q: Can you guarantee that this item is indeed the heavy duty H1001XL cart? I see review of people frustrated for getting a cheaper different model.

the wheels are NOT rubber, they are hard plastic. The pic shows a metal plate at the bottom of the basket..there are two with open space between. The wire is a type of rubber stuff??? You have to wrap the keys that hold the big wheels on, or if you hit the key the wrong way it pops off, a spring flies off and your wheel can't be put back on unless you get a new spring and key etc.. I have packed 18 2 liter pepsie, 10 lb bags of potatoes and more stuff..hard to move, but did the job..always put heavy on the bottom...what was advertised is not what you get...but I just use mine taking the heaviest grocery stuff from the car and carry the rest...Hope this answered your question....I CAN NOT guarantee this is what they say in this add..but to me it is not built with the right materials to be HEAVY duty except for the frame and the handle.

Q: what is the capacity weight it holds?

About 100 lbs. I use it to transfer groceries from car to house, laundrary from bath room to washer and afterwards to the bedroom. It is a real time saver and back saver.

I would go to a local hardware store with the wheel in hand and ask about their inventory of that type of wheel.
