Is this safe for aluminum stove top?

The bottle says do not let it soak on aluminum coated surfaces. I love it on greasy pots . it cuts the greese.

What is the scent of this dawn?

Smells like the original Dawn - not very strong.

Can it be used on stainless steel stove?

I have no photo as I do not plan to use this item on stainless steel. Do not use anything on stainless steel that is not recommended for it or just use plain soap (Dawn) liquid dish soap is fine and water. Then wipe immediately with a paper towel or soft cloth. There are plenty of items on the market to use on stainless steel, just be careful--especially in the bathroom as they can be damaged forever.

How do I remove the inner tube preventing this from pouring?

I assume you do not want to use the sprayer. The device to sprinkle was not in the bottle when I received it. The bottles had caps and the sprinklers were separate. I ordered 6 of this item and got 3 sprinklers. To pour, I would suggest you order another bottle and use them separately, rather than bothering the cap of the sprayer which does not always work when rejoined.
