So far, this is one of the best cases I have ever owned! It is very well padded and lined with a super soft, furry-ish fabric. The handles can be stowed in the pockets or the pockets can be used to carry other small items. If a pocket on either side weren't already enough, there is another zippered pocket! And mine came with the detachable, small, zippered pouch. Inside it has mesh pockets on both sides. It is a perfect size to carry my charger, a pair of earbuds in their own case, and my reading glasses in their own case! I leave the pouch attached to the handle and put it inside the pocket for the handle which makes everything I need for my tablet super-compact to carry with me. I love this case!

I don't know if there's another version of the Surface Pro out there, but I have a Surface Pro 3 i5, with the silly loop attached to my keyboard as well, and this bag is literally a perfect fit with the Surface Pro and pen attached to the loop.I'd almost give this 5 stars if only there was just a smidge more room in the pockets. As it were, I'm able to stuff a mouse in the outer zipper portion of the bag, and a few small bits. Don't believe I'd trust having my power cords in there as well, so I stuff them into the attached separate little accessory bag that's clipped to the outside. If only the bag was roomy enough to allow the power cords to be stuffed into the pockets without needing to use the little attached accessory pouch, I'd give it a full 5 stars.In the end, it's an almost perfect fit to what I was looking for.

I ordered two of these items for my kids (due to the new remote learning policies implemented because of Covid19) and i recieved two different items. One was the correct item, which I liked, but the other was a random case that was made by the same company but was too big and didn't have ANY of the features I needed. I ordered this case because it was durable and easy to use for a 7 year old. Tried contacting Amazon but couldn't reach a CSR because of their new policies during the pandemic. Very disappointed in the service, but the actual product seems great, once I can get the other one. Now I have to figure out what to use for my older son because the other case is useless and he has a $400 device that isn't being protected.

Product is as sleek as the photos. Just be sure to check the dimensions of your device before buying. My iPad Pro 12.9 barely fit with the case that I bought, so if you are buying either a case with the pencil on the side or a thick case, make sure you check the internal dimensions and give a little bit of a leeway for your device. I do want to say that this sleeve looks as good as the photos make it look like, and I love it!

I was slightly hesitant to order this case because several reviewers claimed that the width didn't accommodate the pen/holder that is attached to the side of the Surface Pro 3, which I also have. I don't use the pen, so I figured I would just remove it and store it somewhere else and figured I would just have to be careful to fold in the flexible pen holder. I'm glad to say that when the case arrived, I found it wide enough to fit the surface with the pen attached! I don't know if they listened to the reviewers and made a change to the dimensions, but it fits just fine and I don't have to 'manipulate' the pen to get it to fit - it slides right in without any issues.It also came with the additional 'accessory pouch' which is fine for storing the AC charger. I'm very happy with the case and glad I found something to protect my Surface without being too bulky.

Good build quality, nice feel. The front pouch is the right size to not feel out of place. the inside of the laptop sleeve is super plush feeling. I got the blue one, looks more like a denim finish but its nice. I actually recommended it to friends.Comfortably carries my laptop and my usb-c charger and stylus.updafte***** the zipper has broken with litreally such minimum wear.

Close fit for the Samsung Chromebook Pro but it's just a hair too short. Return cost makes it not worthwhile so I gave it to a family member for their Ipad.

The quality of construction is very nice, and the price of the product is affordable, I just wish two things could be improved upon, 1. the compartment in front of the case is a little small, I wish it's size was a little bigger and it had a little more width, so that I could put my portable mouse in it along with my laptop charger comfortably. 2. I wish it had handles at the top to make it easier to carry single handed. I wouldn't mind paying a little more for these features.

I am very pleased with this case so far. As others have said, the pouch will not fit both charger and mouse. But I knew that from other reviews before I purchased. I have found that I can tuck the mouse into the space for retracting the handles. It is a very nice case, well made and nicely finished. I particularly wanted one that just fitted the Surface, rather than a larger case. The pouch is a good alternative to using a larger case and the mouse pad is a useful addition.

Very good product, light compact and user friendly. Thick padding is good; pocket is good, handles can be hidden.In the main section there is a brand label where I prefer the device's screen to be. It is soft and not likely to scratch the screen, but still feels unnecessary. Otherwise a very good productCompanion pouch for power supply is handy. High quality feel and material

I keep my Microsoft Surface Pro 3 and accessories in here. Perfect size and choice of compartments - has pen holders for my surface pen, and other pockets I use for mouse, wipes, cloth, USB, headphones, etc. I must say I don't use the extra little bag it comes with - the main case is perfect.

This bag is perfect if you just need to carry a Surface, great protection from the weather and bumps/jolts, but very limited if you need to carry anything else. The add on is a good idea, although I find I am having to use it every time I go out and is a bit of a pain swinging about. In hindsight for me I should have gone for something with more internal space.

The case is good but I think a got the wrong size as it seems too big, my mistake it would seem as I didn't realise HP made two different size stream models, will keep it though as still happy with it
