My dog loves this thing. We tried a few other car seats and this was the one he loved. You can hang it on the seat so that your dog can sit higher up and look out the window. We love hanging it between the two front seats so that he’s in the middle of us while we drive and its favorite spot. He rather sit in his car seat than free roaming in the car on our laps. It’s super secure, easy to install, and well worth the money. We bought this seat when he was only 8 weeks old and now he’s 4 months old 12 lbs and still loves it, super comfy for him. He loves the fact that he can sit up in it or lay down in it. We’ve taken it on road trips and he just sleeps the whole time in it. Highly recommend!

These are great!!I have 2 kittens that I'm training to be my adventure buddies. These are perfect for Jeep rides for them.Sturdy basket and attaches security to the seat securely, it has a lead to clip them in so they stay in place, and it's adjustable for when they get bigger. I love that it can be elevated so they can see out the window.

Perfect for my small dog. Easy to install. My 12 lb Pomeranian fits great. Lots of room and he is strapped in. It straps around the seat, I have in the back seat. My dog is very comfortable riding in his seat.

It was a little hard for me to figure out how to put it together. There is a false bottom in it that you need to pull out. I believe I had to flip it over and put it back in. Mashed down the sides better. Couldn’t get the metal pieces that fit down, pushing the bottom in to place better, in exactly right, but it was o.k. . with that false bottom piece, (maybe not the right name for it), got it pushed down well enough. The Velcro didn’t work like I thought it should, but Velcro on the false bottom helped. You might want to add more Velcro, I didn’t have enough time to do that. It worked fine once assembled and in the car. My little girl is 5.4 lb at a year and a half. She still likes to chew on everything, so after she started chewing the straps holding it up in the car seat, I used bitter apple on them to discourage chewing. Also, put her little blanket in. She has always whined when traveling anywhere. Got something from the vet for her anxiety and that helped. After the first couple hours of a 3 day trip, she seemed to get used to the driving and took naps, looked out the window, and I didn’t have to worry about her trying to climb on me while driving. It was roomy enough for her to curl up in it and nap or lay her head on the edge and watch everything or doze. Would buy it again if needed. Just a bit difficult to figure out, and the metal pieces to hold the bottom down didn’t go down all the way…but it worked well enough. Maybe better direction sheet with more details would be helpful.

I really love it because it keeps my dog off my lap while I’m driving. She doesn’t like to be tethered in the carrier so I leave the tether off so she can turn around or whatever she wants. I had to teach her not to get out whenever she wants.

There is NO thick gray straps that secure to the back of the seat. Instead it is like the thin black straps that go around the headrest. When I received the booster seat the instructions ALSO show thick gray straps and I thought I must've received the old model. I received a replacement hoping it was as advertised and it was unfortunately the same. I would not have bought this because I wanted what was shown as thick and secure. Also the padding that goes into the booster seat is very very thin. Additionally the Velcro that covers the wire frames of the car seat is ENTIRELY different than what is shown on here and in the videos. The Velcro only covers 1/3 of the wire frame on each side and is not nearly as secure and sturdy. So disappointed and it would be great if you actually got the car seat that is advertised. It seems like they cut corners to make these.

I SADLY purchased a different but similar car seat, first. The padding around the top metal bar was inadequate for my 7 pound Shorkie who likes to rest her throat on it so she can see out the window. Every time we hit a bump it was very uncomfortable for her, so I gave up trying to make it more comfortable and bought the JoeJoy to replace it. I SHOULD have purchased THIS ONE FIRST.Now she is very comfortable and happy especially on longer trips! The padding on the JoeJoy car seatcompletely cushions the metal frame. Since the sides are mesh she can lie down and see through the sides , which also allows for more breathability.I find this one is the best value for an extremely reasonable price, and the color blends well with any interior color.It gives me confidence she will be comfortable and protected wherever we travel.

My 5# Chihuahua loves it! She can see out the window perfectly! Super easy to set up in the passenger seat and easy to transfer to a different vehicle.
