The best! Saved me, our autistic son, and our banks!Brilliant! Our autistic son recently got into headphones and was using a set from 2022 that was wearing and too loud.He was using them full volume and that’s not good for his hearing, you could hear them from across the room, so we purchased some limited ones.He loves them! They’re a lot safer sound and they feel super comfortable, great build quality and they last him months.They unfortunately broke last week after him using and loving them for a number of months, we contacted support.Puro contacted us back within a few hours and gave us some things to try, unfortunately none worked to resolve the issue, we told them and they sent out a replacement set! Literally less than a day, after 3 days they arrived! Back in business and ready to love again.Cheers!A must have for parents concerned for kids listening! Great quality, use, and support!

The sound is like my Beyerdynamic but is quieter, which is good for a child.

We've been really happy with these, the volume limiting factor is so important, typically we use the supplied cable and get an amazing sound, really happy with them.I would also like to highlight the amazing customer service, absolutely amazing, personal service when you need it, answer's questions and support issues, even issued a replacement super-quick, this company is absolutely super.Buy them, you won't regret it!

Bought this in the thought they were noise cancelling for my daughter on the airplane. However the devils in the detail, these are noise reducing (not cancelling) purely by way of the over ear cup blocking out external noise as opposed to active monitoriand then filtering. My daughter preferred the whole over ear fit of these to the noise cancelling on ear version, but they didn’t filter cabin noise enough to help give sound clarity.Shame there can be a combination of both for the ultimate version from Puro.

I purchased these for a 2/3 year old - they are a tiny bit big for her, but everything else is 10/10 - they look pretty, the volume limiter is excellent, and I know she will get a lot of use from them

Great device, built quality very good, volume limit functionality is working as it should be. My 7yo son is using for audible for hours; very comfy. In addition, customer service is very responsive. In case you need; they are there for you, punctual and prompt answers.

I love these headphones but more importantly the customer service is excellent. I have bought a lot of different headphones for my daughter over the last few years and they have all broken very quickly. I decided to take a risk and spend a bit more money on these and I don't regret it one bit, they have been excellent for over 18 months. In fact I bought a second blue pair for my son.They did however develop a fault this week so I contacted the company to see if they could help me out. The response I received went way beyond what I expected especially due to the fact they were out of warranty. Despite the headphones being out of warranty they ran through a couple of trouble shooting steps and when that didn't work they shipped me a new pair.I would highly recommend these headphones but more importantly the company seems to really value it's customers, I will be using this company whenever possible.

Bought as a gift for my daughter. These have been great so far, easy to travel with and good quality audio. They also look stylish too!

My daughter loves these headphones. She received her brother's hand me downs as her first real pair of headphones for her iPad so she only really knew quality headphones. When they broke after the warranty expired, I opted for a cheaper pair of headphones because I had seen the originals on the floor of my truck so I was concerned about investing in the cost of a pair that wouldn't be properly cared for. Recently, she mentioned that she couldn't quite get her current headphones to sit properly on her head. She's had them for about 4 months already. I assured her that I could help adjust them. Before I had a chance to do that, she told me that she thinks maybe the problem is just that they aren't as comfortable as her last pair. At 7, she already knows the experience that a quality pair of headphones delivers. I can't fault her for that. We all enjoy comfort, especially on an 8 hour road trip. So I went all in on replacing her cheaper headphones with another set of headphones from Puro Sounds Labs. You should have seen how her face lit up when she put them on. She told me she loved them and immediately wanted to use them. They are just a really nice set and consistently pair with bluetooth on her iPad which was sometimes a challenge with the cheaper pair. Guess we are all in on Puro Sound Labs. They were great for my son and lasted for years. It's a company I can stand behind on their commitment. I highly recommend their products.

Bought these for my daughter, we used them often on road trips and around the house when we didn't want to listen to the same music or screen. They eventually developed some kind of short in the adjustable headband which made the sound cut in and out. I got in touch with the manufacturer through their website chat tool and the support I received was prompt and friendly, a replacement set was sent, and the transcript was emailed to me for my records. Honestly, the most exemplary customer service experience, and well beyond my expectations. I didn't see too many other reviews mentioning the same issue, so I'm hoping it's not common, and that my daughter can enjoy these for a long while to come.
