The media could not be loaded.  I usually wear a larger hiking pack on my outdoor adventures, but lately I've realized that I could use this running vest as an alternative for hikes less than 6 miles, especially for those I want to do as a trail run. The vest offers 10 storage pocketsFRONT: 6 pockets for snacks, keys, phone, Xtra hydration flask bottles.BACK: 4 pockets, a space to roll up and store a light jacket at the lower back area, a zipped section for more snacks or a hat, a pocket for misc. and a pocket to fit the hydration bladder.Also, there are bungee straps to attach some micro trekking poles.Only issue with the vest i found so far is the adjustment. It is a L-XXL and there are some straps inside the front zip pocketS you pull inwards towards center of chest to tightened, but does not seem to get tight enough. Might be my own issue with sizing, but otherwise Great Vest and does not move around too much as your running, even with carrying the bladder.👍👍

A friend who has measurements similar to mine owns a Vaporairess vest and bought the Small-Medium size. She advised me to get a larger size because she has found the Small-Medium size a bit too tight if she puts bottles in the front pockets. I'm glad I took her advice and bought the Large-XXL size. It fits me perfectly after tightening the front straps and using the inner elastic straps to cinch it snugly to my body. I am 5'6," about 127-130 pounds, and my bra size is 36B.I've used the vest for one run and I love it already. My friend taught me how to remove extra air from the bladder and I experienced no sloshing. The vest is super comfortable and truly lightweight in a good way. I like knowing that it can accommodate bottles in addition to the bladder and all the storage space is fabulous. I've experienced no chafing so far. I'm so glad I bought this vest!

So light weight, I love not having something hanging from my shoulders. Fits great and able to care as little or as much water as I need. Just right for a good 5-8 miles

Used this pack for hiking - it performed perfectly. Warm (not hot) 6.5 Mike hike used the entire 2-liters, pockets were perfect for camera and snacks. Looking forward to using it again.

I use this three times a week on my runs. It works better than my last one (OM) and I love the storage and 2L reserve. The straps are as tight as possible and it's still very lose resulting in chafing and friction burns. I have to tape myself to prevent this. I am a 5 7 155lb woman.

I was right on the edge of sizes. I first sized up and the whole thing bounced and moved.Switched out for the smaller size and it fits perfect now. Hold the water snug without feeling suffocating

It fits my body type and is very comfortable. I can put everything in it that I need for a long run on the trails
