Worked as they should
I was a little nervous as always going with anon name brand but they worked out exactly the same. They pressed in nice and kept their shape. The teeth were nice and sharp allowing them to go in with ease. They have held up great on some wall I needed to make for my chicken coop and wanted to have a little more support.

Great for Shed Builds
I'm not sure if these are suitable for structural applications on larger buildings, but for sheds and smaller structures these are perfect and a huge time saver when assembling trusses and framing members. The hot dipped galvanized finish looks good and holds up to a beating with a hammer. The prongs are about 5/16" tall and sink into pine framing lumber easily.Knocked off one star simply because these are priced about the same as American made name brand plates. Made in China.

They be standard truss plates.
Nothing special or fancy. If you need a truss plate for a 2x4 joint this is exactly what you need. If you want something with a decorative appearance this is not what you need.

Distributed Super Grip
The media could not be loaded. Steel ties and plates have revolutionized carpentry. It's hard to believe that nailed and toe-nailed were once the exclusive way for framing. I am an amateur, and so I tend to over do it, and I feel much better when I use plates and ties and clips in my projects.

I wouldn't use these for trusses.
Not very big footprint for using on a truss. I'm also not too convinced the teeth are long enough or strong enough to get a good enough bite into the lumber. I wouldn't use these for a truss other than maybe for a doghouse or something small.
