Do you have to blow this up with your mouth or does it have an inflator like some travel pillows?

With your mouth, but it fills up pretty fast. This item saved my life on a 4 week trip around the US with a breastfeeding 9 month old. 3specially the 5 hour internal flight witg no cot so he was on my lap asleep for most of it - would have ruined my back without it. A must have

What size is the pillow when inflated?

A big feeding pillow, not sure of dimensions

Is it allowed to be used on a plane?

Hi there, yes, absolutely. It comes deflated and then you inflate yourself when you are ready to use. Many thanks, Helen
