I'm a 45 yo woman and my hormones are wacky. I've been using this supplement religiously every night before bed for several months. I'm sleeping better, digestion is regular and I'm feeling less on edge. Tastes good. I give it to my teens occasionally as well. They have no complaints about taste and they take it happily. I highly recommend trying it. It's not often the label promises deliver. For this product I feel like it does. Very glad I found it. Price is fantastic too! UPDATE - 7-6-26 New formula is awful! HORRID. I'm so pissed I wasted 26 bucks for something that was one worth every penny and now I can BARELY choke down without gagging. It's like molasses mixed with dirt floor. THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE LAST FORMULA! Did they do this to cut costs?! Gonna have to endure this nasty crap...and I'm mad about it. I used to like taking this supplement. Highly advise against trying this formula now.

Good quality, good quantity, taste good, easy to use, effective, cost efficient

I have purchased this many times and even recommended to others. It worked well to help with sleep and tasted good. The recent batch has a new label, smells different, is darker in color, thicker and tastes terrible. Apparently because it's supplement it can not be returned, however this is a new formula and does not work. Please go back to the old formula.

Do you want to relax? Best time to take this is 30-40 minutes before bed. The best sleep ever.

I previously had issues with the labeling which they have improved on. The number on the front of the bottle is the total amount of mg of all the components of the bottle not the magnesium it delivers. This is the third time I have purchased and I think the product has changed. It is thinner and does not taste as strawberry as it use to. I don't feel it delivers as well. Not as strong magnesium type results from it. I also purchased another brand by accident, the bottle looked the same with red and white labeling, it tasted exactly the same, wasn't as powerful. I focused on this brand and repurchased again, only to find the same results. I wonder if all these liquid magnesium drops are manufactured by the same company then sold to companies that just bottle and sell. No opinion there, just wonder. I still think it is a good product but the earlier version was better. I have to take more to get the same results.

This helped a lot with my night leg pain.

UPDATE: Mulittea has confirmed that they have updated the formulation and discontinued the original and better version. The new version has new consistency (thicker), color (dark brown), smell and taste (extremely concentrated and very little flavor or smell of strawberry). The label of new formulation is reflected in images, but not the new color. Buyer beware as Amazon doesn’t allow refunds on this product. I’m sure some people may not mind the changes, but it’s important to share for those who are expecting the same formulation. Mulittea has made an Advanced Formula of this product: its darker in color, smells and tastes very concentrated. I received item and thought it was a bad batch, but after visiting the Mulittea website I noted that the product has two options, regular 60ml and Advanced Formula. The new Advanced Formula label has s small silver lettering under the Zinc & D3 lettering. It’s important to let customers know when the product is new or has an alternate option and label it correctly. Also it should show the new color. I’ve used this product for over a year with subscription and now I understand why the subscription update read “unavailable”. When I clicked on the item in Amazon, the item appeared available and was worded exactly the same, so I ordered it without knowing it was the Advanced Formula. If this is the new version, I highly suggest you Mulittea to return to its original version because this one is awful. Smells and tastes rancid, like castor oil. The name doesn’t give it justice because it’s the opposite of advanced: it’s lower and backwards.
