I have a bone spur in the back of my foot. I looked everywhere for patches that would fit and give me some relief. These patches fit perfectly and relieve the pain well. Now I have a knee injury and I am using them for that. I find them to be very helpful. They also stick well and do not come off until I remove them. They

I bought this to see if it would help for my knee pain due to arthritis. The patch is cut so it would wrap around the knee and leave the knee cap open. I put on the patch after I showered in the evening. I did not fell anything at first. However, after about 30 minutes, I can feel a warm sensation on my joints that immediately easing the pain. I wore it to bed and the patch stayed on throughout the night. I can still feel it working in the morning. I wore it to work and move around all dat with no pain. I was surprised to see the patch stayed on with all the walking I was doing that day. I removed the patch when I go home from work before I shower. Replace the patch for another day. It works quite well after 2 patches. I now only use it when I feel the pain. I highly recommended this patch for anyone with knee paint problem.

The patch has a very mild fragrance (from the herbs I hope) and the patches stick well but if they are helping, it's mild, didn't do much for my achey knee after only a couple tries so I added Ben Gay. It might have activated the patch but unfortunately the green inside (supposed to be the mugwort herbs?) leaked stained both top and bottom expensive Tommy Bahama sheets!! The odd thing is, if mugwort is supposed to be helpful and if it's in the formula why is the inside of the patch so bright green? I grow mugwort and the herb is such a dark green it's more of a grey green color. The manufacturer should add more mugwort and less dye and then they might have a better product. The shape makes a nice patch around a knee or shoulder, but you could use it other places too, just don't put some kind of oily lotion or salve on your skin in the same place as your patch or the color will probably come off on your skin and bedding. I could feel the warmth of the patch on my shoulder, (my knee must be less sensitive- couldn't feel it) I do feel the patches mildly help

I have been experiencing knee pain for the past few months. I was on a medication was taking that impacted my joints. After a visit to the orthopaedist, he offered a brace and medication. I did not want any more meds that have more adverse impacts on my body. I have tried several products, including bee venom, CBD, and other pain patches. These work the best. This patch is contoured to fit knees, so the application was easy. The adhesive material works well, and I kept it on all night the first time I wore it and had no pain the next day. I wore it for several nights, and my pain was gone. I will continue to use the patches a couple of times a week to keep the pain at bay. To be able to go up and down stairs, or just walking, pain-free is wonderful. I will be reordering these, as I want to stay out of surgery!

I have had knee pain ever since a fall about five years ago when I twisted it. It’s hard to get knee braces that fit properly and are comfortable and I have probably bought over half a dozen over the years. I’ve lost weight and it helped some but the pain still comes and makes it difficult to walk some days. I got these hoping they would be used in addition to a small knee brace that sort of worked. As soon as I put one on, I felt a little tingle of coolness and within 10 minutes I was walking around! No knee brace needed ! I still have mild pain some days but these are amazing. They last about 4-5 hours for me and I since there is not knee pain every day, I don’t need it every day. It truly is a godsend and I’ve shared with a few friends so I’ve already ordered another box. My neighbor has been putting it on the bottom of her foot for her planter’s fasciitis at night and wakes up refreshed. They keep in place well and leave no residue.

I have bone on bone knee pain and have difficulty sleeping at night. I found these patches and wow what a difference they make in my pain. I have bought these patches 11 times, however this last box they are not staying on my knee. I wake up in the morning and it has either come completely off or rolled up and is almost off. Yes I am washing off any lotion before I apply these. Have you changed the patches?

This is my third box of these patches. One as a gift and this is the second one I have purchased myself. Has the formula changed? This time they did not stick well nor did they heat up! I will not repurchase nor recommend!

I got these patches for my mom and, from time to time, myself. We were using once we bought in CVS but for 6 or 8 patches it was costing us over $20. Came on Amazon, read some reviews and this one had the most positive bang for my buck. It was well worth the purchase. My mom really loves the patches. She is on her feet all day and she says the patches stay stuck and she can feel the heat from them. Because of the their shape, she is also able to use the patches on her shoulder and wrist. I've used them a few times as well and can honestly say they stick pretty good but you really need to follow the instructions on prepping the area first. It also "burns" a bit hotter, at least for me, than other patches. It took me a little to adjust to the feeling. My only gripe is that I found it a bit difficult to peel off the backing. I would have preferred it to be halved in the middle, like a bandage, to place it easier. Overall, would definitely recommend.
