I’ve really fallen in love with this carob powder. I originally bought it as a caffeine-free alternative to cocoa, and now it’s become a regular part of my kitchen. It has this naturally sweet, roasted flavor that feels so comforting. I use it in a lot of different ways—mixed with warm oat milk and a touch of cinnamon for an evening drink, blended into smoothies for a chocolatey taste without the caffeine, or even baked into muffins and pancakes for my daughter. She loves the taste and doesn’t even realize it’s not chocolate. It’s gentle on my stomach and doesn’t give me the jitters like cocoa sometimes does. I also love that it’s packed with fiber and doesn’t need any added sugar. It feels like such a nourishing choice, especially for our little family. This is one of those pantry staples I’m really glad I tried—it’s a small change that’s made a big difference.

This is a tasty alternative to chocolate that is richer in fiber and lower in calories. The packaging was good with reclosable opening. It is not a huge bag, but for most things you don’t use a lot at a time. I am happy with the purchase.

Nice alternative to cocoa. With my hashimotos I have to avoid caffeine so that unfortunately means chocolate too for me. So thankful now to have carob! It doesn't taste quite like chocolate but its taste is quite close to milk chocolate when making hoy chocolate. I hope to use it in baking soon to get my chocolate cake fix, very excited!

Good price, good quality - really not much more to say since it is what it is. Was looking for good quality carob powder at a reasonable price and that is what you get.

This is good quality carob powder. It smells good, tastes good, like carob powder should. The only negative is the packaging. Because this is an item where I rely on the zip top closure to work when storing my item, the fact that this package cannot be closed after opening it is problematic. I do have to store it in a plastic bag that seals.

I love this carob powder. I don't eat chocolate at all. The robust flavor is an excellent replacement for all things chocolate. The price is great !

Not a great flavor compared to some other carob powders. It works fine, and smells nice, but the flavor is just a bit unpleasant unless you really get used to it.

I make “chocolate milk” with the carob powder and rice milk for my 6 year old with eczema and food sensitivities. He loves this and could tell the difference when I switched brands.
