So I didn't see instructions with this BUT I opened this in a hurry and so I might have missed them. I did not know how to use it so just kind of pressed it into my knotty areas and it does feel better so hopefully I'm doing it right! I like that it has some give to it and the roller ball at the end is good for small crinks.

This massage hammer is easy to hold and helps relieve pressure whenever i massage! Its durable and a great size.

This is a really nice bamboo massage hammer. The length of it is good so that you can reach different parts of your body. It seems pretty well made, and like it will last a good amount of time. Really pretty too

Good alternative to my battery powered massager. Lightweight, comfortable to hold, easy to control.The only problem I had was that it was very difficult to pull and push the extendable plastic handle because it was too tight inside the outer wooden handle. So I did two things to address that: first, I removed the screw so that I could remove the plastic handle, and then I used a small utility knife to gently shave and round the edges on its end, just a little bit. Then I used sandpaper (folded around thin tweezers) inside the wooden slot. Now the handle extends and collapses freely and easily, yet stays in both fully open and fully closed positions without being too loose.One thing I had not considered in advance, though, was that I cannot use this when it's the kids' bedtime, because it can be heard, unlike a electronic one.

The 1st time I tried this, I was getting slight scratches. I realized that some of the balls had a sharp edge from where they molded it together. There were a few of them. I just took a normal nail file and easily filed those sharp parts away. Then it was very smooth! This brush is different as they are put in silicone so they 'give' a little as you are using them. The 2 different sides give a slightly different type of massage. The ball on the bottom of the handle didn't move very easily at first but then did. It says it is good for a full massage, but I think the ball is good for any kinks you may have. I have put this next to my couch ready to use at a moments notice. It does a pretty good job on the massaging. Just took a star off due to having to file a few of the wooden tips.

Very sturdy massager. It works really well especially when you have another person use it on your back. The expanded handle is a neat addition and makes it easier to use on yourself. The ball on the end of the handle is great to use on your face.
