Perfect fit
This was a perfect fit and not difficult to install. No instructions but there is a YouTube video available with instructions on how to take apart the vacuum head.

YIPPY ! They work!
Our beloved and much used Dyson Handheld Vac got to the point it wasn’t vacuuming as it should, upon inspection we realized the plastic hose connecting the head with the wand was completely worn from use. YouTube showed us the solution for replacing the worn out part. It took about 30 minutes to take the head completely apart, install the new plastic hose and put the head back together again. We are not handy with technical things nor mechanically oriented yet, we had zero trouble doing this repair.We are VERY, VERY happy with the result! Thanks for spare parts!

Do-able, but not that easy
Disclaimer - I didn’t buy this kit, but maybe I should have. Or maybe it wouldn’t have made a difference. But this one has semi-decent instructions here.However, it is not super easy or simple to replace this hose. Took about an hour!I ended up needing a T8 screwdriver as well as the T10 screwdriver (the size provided with mine). Also, the screw for the little roller “that might not be there” is a small Phillips head.You will need smallish but strong fingers to get the hose ends pushed in once you have everything apart.And you do have to take the whole thing apart.You should enjoy a challenge and be mechanically minded to take this on.It was satisfying to fix, however.Should you buy a new assembly for $125 or fix yours for $10-15?That is almost a philosophical question…
