Can the eyebrow serum to grow brows be use on sensitive skins?

This product eyebrow serum to grow brows are non irritating product and hypoallergenic really safe for all people with easily to irritate skin.

Did anyone else feel like there's hardly any product in the tube? The applicator feels barely wet. I've use Grande before and it lasted a long time.

Mine feels super wet, non irritable. It does last longer than I expected, and wonderful results.
