The center of this pan is flat and the liquid will stay in place.

Will the lid for this pan fit the matching 12 inch fry pan?

No, the lid does not fit. It will sit inside the fry pan and not seal around the edge. If we need the fry pan covered we use a universal lid. I would also advise not using high heat with this pan, as per the instructions. However both these pans remain our go-to items in preference to a couple of other brands. Bill Blankenship
