For me, this gum kicks in very fast and but no jitters I really haven’t counted the hours, but it’s way more than two hours for meI was using another gum for many months it tasted OK and its delivery was just OK. This one gives a decidedly bigger kick. The taste is not as good as the Neuro gum but the product I like much more the effects my husband likes it too. I have a noticeable brightening of my mind and mood.I will definitely be getting more of this

It was minty came in as described. I did not feel ton of energy, however it did notlose its flavor. I am not sure if I need to take it everyday for different results.

Excellent product especially considering the reasonable price.The L-Theanine and Taurine is effective in providing a good brain boost in addition to the physical energy the caffeine provides.Texture & flavor is just like any normal gum you have had but comes with the added benefits.I chew one just before my workout and it gives me that extra little energy and focus I need.

I googled Nero gum and thought I was purchasing that instead I got this. No I'm not happy.

Provides just enough kick at the beginning of the workout. Best part is that it retains flavor and moisture even 1 hr later. Best that I’ve tried from Amazon

I was looking for Nero gum and this came up. It u need a lil pick me up if u chew two u will wake up. Really depends on ur caffeine tolerance. This doesn’t have anything else in it that is noticeable in my opinion
