I've used these as skull caps under my motorcycle helmets. I like how they are tighter than many others yet has some stretch to the band at the same time.I've got two more on order right now after 2 summers wearing the yellow under my helmet. I hand wash mine with dish soap and air dry. The yellow one I've been wearing doesn't appear to have been worn for 100 miles, let alone tens of thousands of miles under the helmet.

Was shocked to be charged $30.00 for what amountsTo be a piece of lightweight fabric made into a beanie . That is supposed to keep my head cool under my bike helmet

My main reason for purchasing this cap is to protect my bald head from the sun and skin cancer during bike rides That it does plus the cap is good for keeping sweat out of my eyes. I do need stop periodically to remove the cap to squeeze out all the accumulated sweat. This cap may be tight for larger heads. My head measures 7 1/4". It does cover the tops of my ears.
