Excellent gaming PC for the price
Easy to set-up and ran Cyberpunk 2077 very well. This is an affordable gaming PC option. The computer runs quiet and was set-up very cleanly (all wires tucked away and zip tied). I ended up upgrading the RAM and installing a second NVMe. So far, I am very happy with this purchase.

Perfect modern build
Arrived quick, and was packaged extremely well. I was initially worried about packaging being bad / the pc arriving damaged, but the company took every precaution to package this well. Right out of the box, the pc boots lightning fast and runs most every modern game at great settings. The leds look great, and the whole rig is quiet as a mouse. The only thing you may want to do is upgrade the ram and storage. Very pleased.

Been big gaming
For starters I’ve had this pc for about a year now. I have had ZERO problems with it so far besides storage, which is an obvious upgrade anyone would make with any prebuild but 1 terabyte is still good. And though it runs perfectly fine most video game heads would say increase the 16gb of ram. Honestly I have no regrets with this one. If you got the money it’s perfect. 20/10 highly recommend

Screaming fast game machine
I ordered this as a Christmas present for myself. I started pricing out the components, but quickly found this fully tested and assembled PC was going to be in the same ballpark as all the separate parts. I've had no trouble with it. Its screaming fast new games in 4k.

First gaming pc
I always wanted a pc so I can play games without low frame drops, The picture is amazing, I turned on my xbox x and was disgusted at how delayed the input was when I was pressing buttons compared to how fast they are on this pc. Its all I think about now. Is playing games.

Got sent a dud
I purchased this computer and continuously had small issues with it the first couple months. Then the thing just crashed. I reached out to the manufacturer and although they were attentive, it was discovered I was sent a computer with a bad ram stick and would need to replace that and also get extra components to fix the Bluetooth and WiFi drivers. I then have to ship the computer back to them and let them repair it for 3-4 weeks until I get it back. Thousands of dollars without an option to just receive a replacement or get a return because the conclusion hadn’t been reached in the return window - while I spend my own time following customer service instructions to reinstall windows, etc. Super annoying and now without a computer for months. I want a replacement, not a brand new computer that immediately has to be repaired

Bricked after a year of use
Worked decently, the CPU bottlenecked the GPU, and would not have purchased if we'd known this. Now the motherboard is dead, but it was an AM4 and very out of date. Overall, not worth the money.
