So far so good. I had to mount it on a piece of wood as my counter is wide and I needed to clamp it on the ends rather than in the middle.

I purchased this from eBay and it was a waste of my money, if you're not carful the dough or fondant will roll into itself. You spend more time trying to get the darn thing to do what you threw away 400 dollars for. There's nothing to guide the dough/fondant and nothing to keep the handle in place. It's a good idea, but it fails at its execution.

so I received my fondant roller today and was excited to try it out.*I realize it's faster for me to roll out my fondant by hand,* the handle will keeps falling off and it has no platform for the fondant to slide down.It's is ok for home use, but not for a professional kitchen.
