I was impressed with this, the wood is decent quality for the price. I got it while it was on offer and brought it to use to keep hedgehog food dry outside. It quite small but will do the job, although I did need to widen the opening for a hedgehog. I couldn't have brought the materials and made one of these for the knock down price, so it was a bargain. I imagine that a small guinea pig would fit in this ok 👍🏻

Absolutely love this! And I can order bigger ones as the tortoise grows. They love it as the heat can still get to them through the holes as well as the door. Easy to put together and sturdy. They sleep in it at night take them self's in there at bed time.

Needs to be bigger for my guineapigs. Well made and fits together easily. Will see if I can make something out of it as I got two. Looks very easy to clean and is sturdy. I think its only good for baby guineas so have given a 4 star.

I like how sturdy this hut is as I've had huts that you assemble previously and they've always been easy to fall apart. You do have to give it a little knock to get it to fit tightly, but it's worth it as it doesn't fall apart. The size is perfect for my two female rats to fit inside together, but not sure if it'd be suitable for bigger small animals like guinea pigs.

Amazing little house misjudged the size can only just about fit 1 guinea pig in had to take off one off the sides. Would order again but next size up i have 3 guinea-pigs

I thought this product was going to be more sturdy, every time I lifted this up to clean the cage it fell apart, you had to use precision technique to hold it all together when lifting as the sides easily slide out from the front and back walls. Used indoors in a Guinea pig cage, it looked really good to start with, a nice pale beige colour it fitted in well, until it soaked up urine into the wood and just ended up smelling, probably better for use outdoors and being wooden of course it can’t be cleaned. It was certainly big enough for 3 Guinea pigs to cuddle into comfortably and they did enjoy chewing on it. The wood didn’t splinter so I would say it is safe for Guineas to chew. Based on the fact you can’t pick it up without it falling apart, I don’t think it was not good value for money, but worth a try using if you’ve got an outdoor set up for your small animals.

Ich habe die kleine Version gekauft, da wir "nur" Degus haben. Das Häuschen ist in den Abmessungen zwar klein, die Maßangaben stimmen jedoch, daran kann man als Halter erkennen, ob das Haus in der Größe passt - Wer Erfahrung in der Kleintierhaltung hat, der weiß, dass die meisten Hersteller viel zu kleine Produkte verkaufen und das Kaninchenhaus so schnell zum Hamsterhaus werden kann. Das Häuschen kommt in Einzelteilen, flach zusammengelegt an und ist binnen einer Minute und ohne Vorkenntnisse zusammengebaut. Die Anleitung (bestehend aus Bildern) ist schlüssig, aber nicht nötig. Die vier Seitenwände werden ineinander gesteckt, das Dach daraufgelegt und mit etwas Druck rastet dieses dann in der Öffnung ein und fertig. Das Dach ist abnehmbar und somit geeignet für alle Arten von Kleintieren. Das Holz ist sauber geschnitten, hatte keine Risse und ich trocken. Also qualitativ absolut ohne Beanstandung. Alles in allem gibt es von mir 5 Sterne: Die Maße passen, der Zusammenbau ist kinderleicht, das Holz ist ebenfalls "nagersicher" und ich habe kein schlechtes Gewissen, wenn es angenagt wird.

Il pacco è arrivato in orario e in perfette condizioni e conteneva la casetta con il foglietto delle istruzioni. Appena ho aperto la confezione ho subito sentito l'odore di legno che sentivo in falegnameria da mio nonno quando ero piccola, profumo che tutt'ora permane dopo più di una settimana dall'acquisto. Che dire, la casetta è perfetta per dei porcellini d'india e soprattutto possono rosicchiarla (cosa che darebbe loro problemi nel caso delle classiche casette in stoffa) senza danneggiarla troppo, visto lo spessore del legno che raggiunge quasi il centimetro. Dalle recensioni avevo visto lamentele per il fatto che si rovinasse con le urine e, a parte che è un bene perché significa che è legno non trattato, ma poi basta aggiungere un tappetino di silicone a fori larghi per isolarla dal substrato qualsiasi esso sia (pellet, truciolo, tutolo o pile). Il montaggio è stato semplicissimo, ma comunque ci sono le istruzioni e quello che ho apprezzato di più è stato che i pannelli si incastrano alla perfezione con il soffitto (basta dare un colpetto deciso) rendendo la struttura estremamente solida. L'unico neo è che il taglio è un po' grezzo con angoli molto appuntiti, ma è sufficiente un po' di carta vetrata o una raspetta per smussare tutto a dovere e non ferire la bocca dei nostri roditori. In conclusione, si tratta di un prodotto di ottima qualità che ho avuto la fortuna di prendere a prezzo scontato, ma per il quale avrei volentieri pagato anche la somma intera perché davvero merita

We have guinea pigs and eventually they get bigger. It is a tiny space but they love to hide. I ended up gluing mine as it kept coming apart.
