Just received today and missing post bleach pack in the box, can’t use with out it, waste of money.

Bad servicing
The product should have everything that is supposed to be supplied with it.. The 2 measuring spoons and the post bleach pack are missing.. Now i have to figure a way to sort those out before i get to use it.. So frustrating. Not good service.

Seems like i got a product which has used by someone else.the photo is attached for the reference. I really wish to receive my hard earn money back :-( i also do not recommend this seller. I made a big mistake buying it from thsi seller.

Today this product was delivered to me ..the pack was torn and it was little wet from inside. When i opened it both the activators were less than half ..the cream was ok ..but how will i use this much cream without an activator. We should not go for discounts...in it they give deffective products
