Stunningly consistent and easy to operate and clean
I’ve been using a hario skerton for over 10 years when I got an espresso machine. I needed an espresso grinder. This thing was such a quality of life upgrade over the skerton! Even with the finer grinds it is faster, easier to operate, and just works better. The grind consistency is shockingly good. If you want a hand grinder, especially one that can do espresso and / or fit in a backpack, this is your tool.

Good value, good quality, nice features.
Excellent, relatively inexpensive manual grinder. I was able to dial in the perfect grind for espresso (0.7 for my tastes) after several cups. It's a little bit of a workout but worth the reward. So much better and consistent grind than with a blade grinder. The folding handle is a nice touch, allowing it to more easier stand upright in between uses.

Great grinder at a great price
For the price, this is a very nice coffee bean grinder. Time will tell how durable it is, it it feels very well made. It’s very quiet so that I can grind beans without waking up my wife and kids. The handle is easy to turn even if grinding at a fine espresso level. It’s pretty fast - grinding about 13-14 grams of beans at espresso size in about 45 seconds. It’s pretty easy to clean also - just use the included brush. I was really concerned about a hand grinder not working as well as an electric one, but now I’m not sure I will even want a better electric grinder.

Great for espressos
I bought this for my coffee-nut Husband for Christmas. He uses it when his espresso machine, I have no idea if it's good or not but he's very happy with it.....

Very Good to Excellent
I've been using this Chestnut ESP Pro hand grinder for about 6 weeks. I use a manual grinder for noise concerns. It solves them. Dial is small and hard to see. Seems to be some retention. Overall I'm pleased and it works well but there are a few thoughts I'd like to share. While infrequent, it is possible to not hit the exact grind setting for your espresso beans. You can get on either side of the exact grind. Usually you can adjust with more or less of a dose. When taken apart for cleaning and then put back together it's random whether the dial is aligned properly. So it just means if #0 ends up on #2 then it pushes all the other settings up higher. At least that's what it seems to be doing on mine. So I have an alignment issue. I've taken apart now about a half dozen times. It throws off my previous recipes for grind settings. It's not a big deal to dial in again though. Also I had some instances with medium roasted and slightly below medium with very hard to grind beans. I saw a suggestion to grind course then regrind finer. I have an ok electric pour over Capresso grinder and tried that method and it worked well. But it's not something I want to make a habit out of. The fold down handle is better for my table top than the one that sticks out and can't be folded down. But there are instances when it will open up when you don't want it to and can give a pinch to your hand. I saw one suggestion to add some sort of securing mechanism. Maybe it's a good idea but not a deal breaker at all. Rarely but more than once the magnetic top has come off. It's not enough to be a big deal though. I like the size of the grinds catcher. it fits well into my dosing funnel. To me the coffee tastes good. I'd like to compare with a different hand grinder or maybe an electric grinder. The grinder works very well for my uses so I would recommend it if you're looking for a reasonably priced hand cranking espresso grinder.

Really nice grinder with granular adjustment.
Just switched to manual brewing to get the last bit of plastic out of my life, and I didn't realize how therapeutic manual brewing would be lol, especially using this manual grinder. This thing is super smooth and produces a really consistent grind. I can grind 20 grams without any compaction in the grinder cup, and have ground 30 grams of beans with slight compaction in the grinder cup. At 20 grams it takes about 30 rotations on the handle. Maybe it's just me, but there's something really satisfying about grinding beans in this thing. Don't hesitate, just buy one.

Product came used
Unfortunately I am unable to review the product itself as it came used. Not only was the grinder full of coffee grounds upon first opening the box, but the package itself was too. These were in addition to the scraped off labels and damaged packaging. That said, the product is well regarded as a more affordable hand grinder, one which produces a decent grind. Having just the grinder again, this time from the manufacturer directly as to avoid being sent another used item, the equivalent of a food processor which comes with food caked on it, let this review speak only for Amazon's business practices.

Muy pro! Excelente Molino

This is now my new toy
I use this grinder to grind many kinds of seeds into powder: pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, pine nuts, flaxseeds, after roasting these seeds (10 - 20g only). Very uniform grain size, so it is a very good grinder even when I don't just grind coffee beans.
