Scratch on Ceramic Coating
a. I am completely disappointed because of the quality of the KOPF Colima Pan because it arrived with a scratch on the ceramic coating. This is making the pan unsuitable/dangerous for cooking in it.b. I have asked for an invoice which was NOT sent in the shipmentc. No warrantee was in the package.I NEED TO SEND THE PAN BACK BUT THERE ARE NO INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURN OR REFUND.
