Star Trek IX: Insurrection

Panned by some, this was nevertheless one of the best Star Trek movies out there. As a writer, the structure of a story is critical, and so many are lacking. Some people liked Nemesis, for what? It had (illogical) action, and flash, but the plot made no sense, and some of the scenes seemed to be just stuck in there because the editor (playing director) apparently thought they looked good. No wonder Jonathan Frakes declined to direct that flawed script. Insurrection, on the other hand, was well written and directed, with characters forefront, with no plot holes. Makes for repeat viewings.

I like all things Star Trek, and this is a good movie. However, beware. This blu-ray disc is just a direct DVD-level transfer. No remastering/restoration, so it has a grainy picture. Save your money & buy the 10 blu-ray disc set of the Star Trek movies. Those discs offer a much cleaner picture.

Thank you Universal Studios for excluding the millions of fans of this great franchise in Spain, Latin America and other parts of the world where Spanish is spoken natively. We would also like to see the Star Trek Nueva Generacion movies in our language or with Spanish subtitles. Was it so hard to add these extras to the movies?

Excelente remasterización de "Insurrection", la 9na película de la saga. Muy buena calidad de imagen y sonido. Llegó en la fecha prevista, bien empaquetada.

Me encantan los clásicos de Star Trek y cuando supe que Paramount había restaurado en formato UHD 4K las 10 Películas las compré de inmediato, la de "Star Trek Insurrection" llegó con Slipcover de colección y en perfectas condiciones, se ve mejor que nunca con excelente calidad de imagen.
