The stool could not adjust down. Product support non existent. Would refund money but they require me to pay for shipping unit back. Cost of shipping almost equal to cost of refund. Stay away from product and vendor. Very disappointed and Amazon will not support.

It works okay, but the wheels are too small for me to easily navigate on my tile flooring. Should of checked it out better before buying. I'm keeping it, but I really don't use it much.

Easy assembly. My son or it together for me. 🙃This chair sits super high which is great for what I need it for. I'm a braider; this chair allows me to sit when I need to and not have to adjust my client more than usual. This chair has saved my feet and my back!

The seat pad is uncomfortable and the seat itself is small. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

After receiving some defective chairs the seller/manufacturer replaced them with new ones within 3 weeks. We are now satisfied with our purchase and would consider buying from this seller/manufacturer again. Only reason we are giving 3 stars is due to the amount of time plus number of emails it took to get them replaced.

After 30 minutes sitting it’s terrible on the back.
