Kenley 5 Litre Hot Beverage Thermal Jug Flask with Pump Action

Soooo Love this flask!I use it for work as it’s a difficult trip from kitchen to office. Instead . I use this to make my own bodyweight in coffee ( joke! Still, it if you get one you’ll see why) so can have constant hot of coffee at the touch of a button all day .I know people have complained about it not holding warmth - but I am still amazed at how many people:-A)don’t know that all the thermal have to be ‘charged’ before using andB) getting the top on really tight matters!Providing you ‘charge ‘ it (as you should with all thermals ) with boiling water or ice, prior to filling ( I recommend you fill 1/4 or more in preparation)you will get hours of hot or cold drinks.An additional plus to this one is the dispenser so the contents don’t get cold each time you use it.I think it is not doing the above that is the problem when people say it doesn’t hold heat. I have never had a problem , even using it every day and it takes to the end of 8 hours to start getting cooler.I’ve found the same efficiency with cold drinks . The fact that it’s huge and black seems to make no difference to keeping the contents cold , if iced first ( I always add ice to my cold drinks too )NB It’s pretty huge.Even so, one of us will take it if we go to the beach or somewhere else with the kids etc & them we have have hot or cold drinks to go all day. 5lts is a lot of drink! I could imagine it being irreplaceable camping and I wish I had had this the car when we drove to France for a family holiday . In spite of its size it’s not as heavy as you would think to carry and the handle makes it dead easy too - but it’s the button dispenser that is the best aspect.Cleaning is easy but I recommend using a proper long brush made to clean thermals or bottles as repeated coffee use leaves a slight smell on any thermos without proper cleaning .

Excellent product! Have used it to keep hot water hot and iced water cold and it works wonderfully in both respects! The hot water stayed hot for over ten hours, way exceeding my expectations! It has a base which allows the flask to be swivelled round and so prevents health and safety problems with lifting a full flask. It is easy to use, easy to clean and delivers enough hot (or cold) water to last us a two hour coffee morning with over forty people attending.

Haven’t used it yet but have filled it and left it for eight hours before testing the water and it was still boiling hot. Only down side is the handle feels a bit flimsy but could be ok

Absolutely brilliant! Had a big party and bought 3 of these, as we wanted to boil the hot water ahead of time for after the meal; it was most definitely still scalding hot by the time we used it, and actually still 12hrs later! Can definitely recommend.

Decided to buy this item to do hot drinks for the parents at my kids party. Other flasks had poor reviews however this one seemed to have had really good reviews hence I ordered it last minute. Should not have wasted my time. Item arrived cracked in several places. Not surprised thou as very cheap thin plastic handle and poor construction. I would not recommend it. It works fine but I overestimated the size! I was brought up with pints and gallons, not litres. The purpose was to fill it with hot water so my old mum could make tea, coffee and other hot drinks in her bedroom during the night without having to journey to the kitchen, trip over the cat etc. The function is ideal but you need strong arms to carry a full jug. A two litre jug would've done the job perfectly.However if you have lots of folk around for the day and can't be bothered to wait for a kettle to boil, or are out in the countryside, away from an electric point etc. this beast does the job and keeps contents hot for 12 hours.

I purchased this as I have started work and was worried about my disabled brother using the kettle so fill this up for him before I leave for work it holdd about 3 kettle's worth of boiling water and easy to use and has a little button to lock the pump action button on top whick is great worth every penny

Lid difficult to open and close, broke after 4 uses
