This book has important tips for jewelry artists using solder.
I love adding solder as the “wow” factor on my jewelry pieces. This author/artist gave good advice that solved my problem when dropping the solder to emboss with rubber stamp. I wasn’t pressing hard enough and holding long enough to make the design really stand out. I also need to pay more attention to the temperature and turn it up because the iron cools down when it makes contact with jewelry piece and often doesn’t form a pretty little scalloped edge.
