The toy is fun, comes with perfect size tools for small hands, gets little ones to thinking about what needs to be done while also have a fun toy to play with in the end.

I really wanted time give this product 5 stars! It is such a cool take apart toy. The pieces are too complicated for my two year old grandsons to reassemble right now, but they used the screwdriver and wrench to get some of the pieces off and experimented with putting bolts back in the holes. The smaller pieces are probably choking hazards, but we just use it as a supervised toy at this age. The colors are awesome and the rocket pieces are nice and solid wood. There are limited options for how to reassemble, so it is not an open-ended creative toy. Some of the pieces can go in multiple places, so kids can make some choices how to decorate it. I’m looking forward to the grands learning how to put it back together in the future. They are certainly interested in taking it apart now. All of the pieces fit back in the box, and it was sturdy enough to store when not in use. The only negative (and the reason for a star deduction) was that two of the plastic bolts had to be re-glued. I wasn’t thrilled with having to wait to use it until I had time to repair it. It was easily fixed, but just annoying to have to do so. Overall, I am pleased and would consider giving this as a gift in the future.
