I’m not sure how this product can be made this way and then actually sent to the customer. The sizing of the frame was all wrong, letters ended up on the sides of the canvas, just poor QA if you ask me. The idea behind this is fantastic, but the execution of the product was poor in my instance. Disappointed especially after we just lost our dog suddenly and were really excited about this product. What a letdown.

I got this gor a family member who just lost her fur baby after 13 years . I was so excited to get it personalized. But when i received it i was very disappointed the peom was off centered and the words were wrapped around the side. So you couldn't even read it facing the from. Very disappointed.
