as someone diagnosed with bruxism a good 12 years ago I can vouch for this product in terms of both cost, fit, quality, and durability. I've had professionally fitted bite guards for years following dental reconstructive surgery to install crowns, and they don't last. I can chew through one in under 3 months as they're always thin plastic. this product is *not* thin plastic - there must be a good 3mm to 4mm of material in all the important places, they're just as comfortable to wear as the professionally fitted ones, and at a fraction of the price in comparison to the professionally fitted bite guards this is far better value. if I were to compare the fit I would say it's more akin to a boxing mouth guard than the professionally fitted bite guards, but after sleeping with these things in my mouth for years I'm honestly just happy to get a good night's sleep without worrying about grinding my teeth. just don't expect a vaccuum seal to your teeth. I kick myself for trusting a private dentist and not trying these sooner. things to bear in mind: ***please follow the instructions*** - do not submerge these in anything near boiling water for more than the recommended length of time. I read another reviewer complaining they melted one - you left it in the water too long. * when you clean these after use do not submerge them in anything near boiling water, as this will cause them to go into their soft state again. you only need lukewarm water to clean them. UPDATE: I chewed through my first one of these in just over 6 months. considering I do that in 3 of 4 months normally this is really good, and a fraction of the price.

Has helped no end with my grinding my teeth in my sleep condition

The main point to make about the product is that the instructions on the box are incorrect. I noticed someone had left a poor feedback with their mould in a ball where it had melted. I watched the video before I bought it and scanned the QR code to watch it again from the box. The instructions on the box tell you to sit it in the boiling water for 60-90 seconds! It only needs 15 seconds…no wonder it melted into a blob! It was very quick, easy and straightforward to create the mould and it sat comfortably in my mouth. I’ve used it for one night so far and have had a good night sleep.

Total waste of money, doesn't mould to your mouth properly and I'd be worried about choking in the night.

The product is ok, I can't get on with it because they're so thick and uncomfortable but might suit others. Easy enough to mould but not so easy to wear.

My first attempt at moulding wasn't great as I just bit down on it to mould but my second go was fantastic. I got it moulded by pressing it with my fingers while having it around my teeth, very secure fit and barely noticed it while going to sleep or waking up.

I like the case and the foil for hygiene but it's not good. Too big, too thick. I can't close my mouth as it sticks out so much. Even trimming the top off by cutting it away didn't help. If you are a man with a big mouth it might be good for you but it's not made for women.

Seriously these are a game changer, and I'll prove it. I've had proper dentist made mouth guards for years and still suffered with poor sleep thru clenching. My watch also confirms my lesson than ideal quality of sleep over these years, and I usually wake with jaw pain and aching high teeth. This product has completely stopped this overnight. And more importantly my watch agrees. So no more aching teeth or jaws. My watch shows improved quality of sleep. So I would definitely recommend these if you are looking for a similar resolution to disturbed sleep caused by teeth clenching or grinding. A Bloody lot cheaper too than the dentist alternatives I've had so far. Happy customer 😁

Yes these are big, but that's what I need! I am a big guy with a big mouth and big teeth. All my other mouth guards get shredded to pieces within a couple of months, but these have lasted me a long time. The quality and durability is amazing, the price is great, and they are very comfortable and don't develop sharp edges. They also don't yellow like my other mouthguards do for some reason. 10/10, the only brand I will buy from now on.

Don't waste your money on these. I opted for the kind that molded to your teeth that you send away to a lab. Those are comfortable and fit and you can sleep. These cheap ones don't fit right and are HUGE. They also don't fit well even after 'molding' in hot water.

Use nightly very durable for grinding, easy to form to teeth, takes some getting used to but works to prevent fractures.

The instructions were quite clear however, I don’t believe I got a really good fit. They are really nice and heavy. However, I don’t know why I feel like I am gagging every time I put them on at night, and I feel like I can dry heave. I’ve actually tried to wear them during the daytime to try to get used to it for nighttime, because I am a heavy, heavy clencher. Overall I believe they would be very good and I’m hoping I can wear them at night moving forward.
