I like the softness and it fits quite nicely with the waist at the right spot unlike some dresses this style. My only complaint is that it does accentuate the hips due to the pockets. I don't need any help in that area but for some it might be a positive! I will definitely still wear it and for the price you can't go wrong.

I ordered a size up and it was a bit lose but I was the only one who noticed it. It is very flattering and I love the material and comfort of this dress. I received one for my bday last year and I absolutely had to order another one. I will most definitely be ordering more.

Excellent quality fabric and craftsmanship. The material was a little thicker than I thought so I’m returning it sadly. But, I will be buying another style from this vendor for sure. This would be excellent for the office, special event, or even church. Just a little heavy for a vacation dress.

This is the second dress of theirs I've purchased on the same style. It is a cute, business casual dress that comes with pockets. A lot of modesty with the keyhole in the front of the dress. It has slight pleating at the waist. Best of all, it has pockets.

I'm 5'3, 190 pounds. Bought this dress for church but I could easily wear it to work also. Nice material. I highly recommend.

First impressions were disappointing-it came in a clear plastic bag so adios privacy and when I pulled it out I wasn't crazy about the material. BUT, when I put it on it all changed. It drapes fantastic and has a true a-line. The little keyhole neckine is cute. The cut is modest but feminine. Perfect for an interview or funeral. And hello pockets! I'm 6ft tall, just shy of 210lbs with 38DDD breasts. I ordered an XL, It hits right at the top of my knee and has room for all of me without being tight. It has just a bit of stretch to make it not restrictive. It's a great dress!

This item was way too large. Size was mislabeled so we returned it. Otherwise it was good.

Exactly what a wanted: a simple, comfortable (fabric has some stretch) little black dress that I can dress up or down. Minimizes the common “problem areas” of a 50+ year old body (tummy, upper arms, love a 3/4 sleeve). I could probably wear this through 3 seasons, anytime but a hot summer day. I wanted a dress I could wear to a funeral that could also potentially be a cocktail dress and/or office outfit, topped with a blazer. This dress has the versatility to do it all with the right accessories. I’m 5 ft 4 and 165 lbs, busty (43”) and the XL fits perfectly. The waistband sits a bit above my natural waist, almost an empire waist, which suits me fine. Fabric hangs nicely, not flimsy. Definitely recommend.

The fabric is comfortable, light and stretches. It’s not the most expensive fabric but it’s great for a summer wedding, brunch or night out. It’s not a ball or gala worthy but it’s perfect for the budget and my body. Love this dress! I’m busty (DD) and xl allowed me room to be comfortable. I wore black bike shirt underneath just in case!

I LOVE this dress. I'm so impressed. I'm 5 feet 7 inches and weigh about 150 lbs and the medium fits perfectly. It's so stretchy and comfortable in the shoulder/chest area, which is a must for me (I HATE tightness around the shoulders.) The waistband sits just above my stomach, so the pudge is completely hidden. The way the waistband sits makes me look thin and even curvy, ha! The quality is great for the price. I just bought another one in a different pattern because whenever I find something I really love I always want two of them. This is a 5-star dress. I plan to wear it with leggings and boots for the fall and on its own for the rest of the summer.

The bodice of this dress is very pretty, but the prettiness ends with the solid colour. I ordered the striped skirt version because, in the photos, the colours looked vibrant, happy. Before I even had the dress out of the plastic bag I was disappointed. The colours are dull, almost like what happens to otherwise bright colours after multiple washings over years. What I suppose is a white stripe, which would have been great to make the other colours “pop” actually looks like a dirty white or pale cream. That the stripes are not matched at the seams is another problem, as are the stripes in the high waistband not even attempting to match up with those in the skirt part. Plus, you can’t have an a-line skirt that is also a “swing” skirt - it is either/or, not both. The pleats would only be appropriate if one was pregnant.The fabric is a major issue for me. I seriously doubt the 65% cotton claim. The fabric, especially in the skirt and waistband sections of the dress, is not a smooth weave/knit and would pick and, for a garment that purports to be washable, pill extremely easily and readily.I ordered the dress for the fall wedding of my most vibrant and outgoing niece because I was looking for something that looked happy for the occasion, not dull and, considering the skirt portion, not too frumpy. Sadly, I was/am disappointed and will be returning the item.
