These 3-inch spring clamps are excellent quality and far exceeded my expectations. They have a very strong gripping force and feel solid and durable right out of the box. Each clamp is well made and sturdy, not flimsy like some smaller clamps can be. Made with tough plastic that is weather proof. What I really love about these is the jaw design. The jaws have a slight rotation, which allows them to easily accommodate different shapes and thicknesses without slipping. The non-detachable jaw pads are a big plus as well because they stay securely in place and don’t pop off during use. The clamps are not to heavy and weigh just about right for its size. I recently used these clamps to hold down a tarp around my dragonfruit plant, and they performed flawlessly. Even with heavy wind and rain, the clamps kept the tarp firmly secured without loosening or shifting. That alone speaks volumes about their gripping strength and reliability. With 20 clamps in the pack, they’re incredibly versatile and useful for a wide range of tasks; from outdoor projects to crafts, tarps, and photography setups. Overall, these are high-quality, dependable clamps that truly get the job done. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them often.

As advertised, extremely strong grip and made really well! I would buy these again in larger size for larger projects!

Only used them once so far, but they worked very well. They don't skip around, the clamps swivel to make contact, and the springs are strong and sturdy. I'm happy with them.

Decent clamp,works good

Very strong and work very well. I attached these clamps to a very large tarp to protect the side of my RV, which had an RV cover, which was disintegrating anyway these clamps held that tarp onto my RV and the wind was blowing like crazy and it still stayed attached. I already ordered another set. Plus, I’m going to order another set to have on hand.

I really like these clamps. They grip strongly. Yet, are easy enough to remove. They are well made and have a deep mouth which I appreciate because you can get a deeper grip on whatever you want to hold down or together. The mouths opens wide which allows me to hold and run wiring, attaching the clamps to various areas on tables and desks in my studio to keep the wires off the floor. For this the 3" works great. If I need more of an opening I use the 4". I use the 6" to hold wiring up and clamped to the TV stand on wheels so I can roll the the TV in and out of the cabinet without the various wires going to the TV and other equipment on the stand getting tangled in the TV stand's wheels. These clamps are very versatile. Good to have around.

Very strong clips

I was searching Amazon for a clamp for a very specific purpose when I came across these. They came in 3 different sizes (the right size was imperative for my need) and I surmised that the middle size would serve my needs best (and they did perfectly) so I ordered the box of 10 knowing that I would have a few left over for other uses. For the present time I need to leave my new golf cart outside exposed to the elements (Heat, Rain, and Significant Winds) here in Florida. I had previously ordered a golf cart cover from Amazon which fits my cart perfectly. However, it only secures the cover to the cart in one place, that being a strap that goes under the cart. It does secure the cover to the cart very well as whole but has some challenges. In addition to the strap it also has a strong elastic sewn around the bottom of the cart cover and this would work well in most cases if it were not for the high winds which accompany almost every rain event here in Florida. These 20+ MPH winds tend to get under the cover at certain key points causing it to pull up (during the storms) and let water get inside the cart at these points. Strategically placed these clamps stop that problem, PERIOD. However, to do so effectively they have to have a very tight grip on some very odd shaped surfaces. So, first they have to be the right size (not to small nor too large). Next, they also have a jaw face that will contour to the place it is gripping and hold securely, these do just that. In fact, the attached images of the clamps on the cart were taken during a very windy rain storm. So as the images show, these clamps do just that.
