Great product for multiple allergies
So happy to find an ORGANIC gluten free oat flour based baking mix! My diet is super limited - no gluten, dairy, soy, nightshades (which includes potatoes and lots of GF products have potato starch), nuts, corn (this does have xantham gum which is a corn based product but I am able to tolerate), canola, sugar, rice, and only oat and quinoa for simple carbs, so this is a great find for me. So far I’ve only made drop biscuits with this mix. They turned out great in my opinion for a gluten-free product. I will keep experimenting and update with more results.

tastes bad
I used this to bake my favorite bread; it rose well, but tasted bad. I was surprised and just to be sure I tried another recipe, with the same results.
