This checks the box for not only a nutrient boost but also helps with brain fog and overall energy support (doesn’t give me energy necessarily but I can tell in my body I don’t take it.) I have MTHFR gene mutation too and this definitely supports midlife and this phase of nutrient needs.

So far so good. I am also taking another supplement that has ATP in it, but from what I have read the supplements in this product support the body in producing its own ATP. I started out with just the ATP supplement, but feel better taking this with it.

1 year old started looking at books and playing with toys
Not sure if it was this specifically as he is taking other multivitamins, but my son would not play with toys, look at books or interact socially with anyone. His organic acid urine test and DNA test showed some severe mitochondrial dysfunction seen in autism. He's been prescribed this as a supplement for the mitochondrial disorder and his new organic acid test shows increased function of the mitochondria and now instead of ignoring, throwing or spinning his toys, he's started bringing them to me and trying to get me to help him play with them correctly. He also started looking at his books for once. If your organic acid test shows mitochondrial dysfunction is a problem, check with your doctor to see if this might help.

It hasn't been long enough, but I don't think it's working. Costs too much to keep buying it.
