I've since used it more like a curry base
The sauce is very concentrated, when I first used it I just added chicken and it wasn't really to my taste. I've since used it more like a curry base, frying garlic, chilli, onions, peppers, meat etc then adding the sauce and simmering for around 45 mins. I find it much tastier like this and you'll get 3-4 portions this way too.

It's a reorder
This is one of the best curries I have tried, and I'm on my second reorder , all my local take outs don't seem to know anything about the recession and keep upping their prices, so now I make my own and is better than most you will get delivered or even eat out , I would recommend this curry

Coconut Curry....not Balti Curry
This sauce had a very strong coconut flavor that I did not care for at all. It was very mild and over a bit too sweet for my liking. I would not buy this again.
