Entertaining for someone who thought they would teach their baby a second language

Great fun for toddlers and the person reading with. Good illustrations - easy to recognise. Helped our toddler to recognise animals and their sounds quickly and to enjoy the process.

If you are looking for foreign language books to support your child's Spanish, this book won't teach them much. Yes, you can see that animals bark differently in Spanish, but very little language content.Having said that, they will like copying the animal noises.

When I first read the book to my little baby - I thought I had somehow forgotten how to speak coherent Spanish. The translation (which I presume was from English) is terrible and leaves you scratching your head...It's only saving grace, is the animal noises it forces you to make - much to my baby's amusement! A one star product which manages two stars simply based on comedy animal noises...

We are huge Boynton fans, and always looking for books in Spanish for our bilingual household. I love that it still rhymes even in Spanish!

I love all the Boynton books so I was thrilled to find these in Spanish for my daughter. She loves both the English and Spanish versions of these books.Most kids seem to love Boynton stories, and the board books hold up well over time.

El libro favorito de mi hijo, de 2 años, en menos de 2 semanas desde q lo compré. No digo más...q ahora me tendré q hacer con más de la colección :-). Está genial. Tamaño perfecto, longitud perfecta (para acostarle) y le encanta preguntar el nombre de todos los animales y aprender su sonido. Un éxito! Calidad precio muy buena, además. Muy recomendable!
