After having GS surgery, I was desperate for a protein shake that wasn’t heavy on my stomach. NXT is literally like drinking squash, so easy to hit my protein goals. Loveeee the Blackcurrant & apple, fruit pastilles and Ice Blast flavours

very nice taste - feel good after drinking - no tummy upset

I’ve bought many of these in all different flavours but unfortunately the one I’ve received has lots of black bits inside which looks like bits of plastic. I wouldn’t normally leave a bad review but I am having no luck in getting any replies from customer service. Amazon sends a link to the nxt customer services, no reply. Will be looking at other brands now UPDATE after speaking to the manufacturers direct they sent me a free tub even though it was not them u bought I through. Their customer service was excellent and the new product is great. Just a shame Amazon can be so difficult to deal with when you have any issues.

Tub delivered appearing sealed but upon closer inspection this was open with the sealed internal lid broken as in the picture. No protein scoop inside the tub as you would expect, so I suspect this has been tampered with and for my own safety will not be touching this. Unable to raise an issue directly as the help link send you to an error Page, so I hope to have resolution through this review.

I’m very disappointed as it says dairy free on the front and the back it says environment handle it. That really doesn’t make any sense. I had a reaction as soon as I had a pinch !
