Best High mileage automobile oil
My 1997 Mercury Sable has 300k miles on her. Never replaced spark-plugs or had any engine problems, zero! And I’ve always used synthetic. This oil makes my engine run more efficiently especially in racing situations.

Depends on the deal you get.
At about $20 a gal, in the 2 pack, it's a decent deal. I recommend only ordering one 2 pack at a time so there's no issues. The tops were taped on extra with a special tape so they don't leak in transit and had zero issues thannks to that. It's good oil and easy to pour with a wider jug mouth.

This is the best non synthetic oil on the market, it has it all, good zinc levels, and has a bit of moly in it to boot! and a good tbn number. using in with total confidence in my 2003 duramax diesel.

Regular oil changes when needed.
I don’t know about the longevity of it. I think most oil is just oil and needs to be changed as regular as it starts to change to a dark color. That will mean that it is either burnt or just wearing a lot of metal in the engine. The better you keep the oil, the longer the engine will last.
