I am really impressed so far with this mouthguard. I needed it to prevent grinding teeth, mouth tissue damage and waking with headaches, classic Bruxism symptoms. The guard was easy to mould (followed the QR code link for a video) and seemed to fit well. These are for a small mouth which works for me. At nighttime I felt it was really comfortable, you just wear one guard (from the pack of 4), on the upper teeth. I slept really well and definitely felt the relief from not clenching my teeth. Highly recommended for a low cost option rather than have your dentist custom make one.

Bought this for my 22 year old daughter. The small size was far too big, so please check the sizes before you buy. As it will have been in her mouth I can't imagine that this is returnable, what a waste of money. Unable to comment on function as not possible to use. UPDATE: seller has offered a full refund, which is excellent service, so I have increased the star rating. You can buy with confidence.

This was advertised as Women's size but when it came it was only described as small. When I tried it out it was too small for my mouth. I am a very small woman with a small mouth so I'm not sure who it is intended to fit given it states it is unsuitable for under 18s.

This mouth guard is a game-changer! It was super easy to mould, fits perfectly, and feels light and comfortable - no bulky plastic or discomfort. I’ve noticed a huge reduction in jaw pain and morning headaches since using it. You get four in a pack plus travel cases, which is amazing value. Highly recommend if you grind or clench your teeth at night!

So we had an issue with the sizing of the guard. Purchased a small as was for very average size female adult. However the guard was far too big and definitely would not stay in place. The instructions were clear and after placing in hot water did mould to the shape of your teeth. As mentioned it was just a sizing issue. It does come with a case to store the guard in and four guards. Used two to see if we could get to fit but no chance so was a waste of money. As an adult male I gave it a try and found the small far too big.

I’ve been using these guards for a couple of weeks now, and I can definitely feel the difference. I used to wake up with tension in my jaw from clenching my teeth at night, but with these in, I sleep more comfortably and feel less soreness in the morning. Second Update: I have changed my review to 5 starts. First of all, customer service was 5 stars alone. Second of all, my bite or something must have changed. I have used small in this brand before and it worked perfectly. This time however it did not. I was the offered by the seller a free box of my choosing so I picked the variety pack. I tried the large and it works perfect! Don’t think because you’re a small person you need the small. I am only a 5ft 3in female and the large works great! Update: I changed my review to 3 stars as the seller reached out and offered a full refund(which I had obtained already via Amazon) and when they saw that they then offered to even send me another set of guards to try again at no cost seeing as I may have fit them wrong or something. I will update if my opinion changes after receiving the new pack. Original review: Did not work at all. I loved and raved about this product recently. I wore down the old ones and repurchased and these are not the same. They don’t work at all. I even threw one away thinking I molded it wrong and did another and it still isn’t working and I’m grinding bad. I tried to return and it says it isn’t eligible for a return and now I’m stuck with guards that don’t even work. Terrible customer support.

It took three tries even after watching the video and reading the instructions to get one pretty well fitted to my teeth. It’s not too difficult to wear while sleeping, but in the morning it feels as though my bite is a tiny bit off and some of my teeth hurt for a while. I wonder if this is normal.

The instructions were very easy to follow. With that being said, I'm truly disappointed with the quality of these night guards. I was so hopeful these would work so i didn't need to spend hundreds of dollars. But sadly, they feel very bulky and oddly caused my gums to become irritated overnight. The package came with 2 sets and I've used them both thinking I did something wrong. Unfortunately same outcome. Maybe these would work for someone who doesn't know what a real one feels like. Nothing beats the real deal.
