I have 3 POE cameras at my home which I installed my self and they work great and I get lots of compliments for them, the picture quality is really good and can make out car reg and faces. The police also said the quality was really good when they came to see footage of an incident at the neighbours.I recently bought this PTZ camera and the other Reolink 4k cameras for a family member, the day they arrived I set them up on their mobile phone ready for installation, the next day after a long day of crimping ethernet cables and drilling holes and connecting the cameras, I was disappointed and annoyed that this PTZ camera was not working, assuming it was an ethernet cable or RJ45 connector issue and changing these a few times. it turned out the camera was faulty after running multiple checks.When I opened the camera it was in excellent conditIon and the box looked new however the lens did not have a blue protective sticker like the other 2 so I didn't think much of it, but after returning and receiving a replacement, I amconfident I was sent a returned camera which was returned by another customer and they repacked and sold again. The issue is the camera did work on day 1 but didn’t once full installed so it caused issues and extra work.Given this experience I would still recommend Reolink products, the app, local storage and picture quality is worth the money.

Im really impress of Reolink product quality and easy access to cameras, I have lots of Reolink products and always I was happy with it, they never let me down! Always looking for new upgrade version of reolink . Great product for good price with easy access over app on phone or app on desctop.

First things is being a PTZ and 4k (8.3mp) its very clear and works as it should just as a ptz with a good zoom. I've set this up with blue iris and it works really well.However when it's panning it doesn't hold the image quality and isn't smooth when panning either. It could also benefit from a slightly wider lens to make coverage either side more visible and in the detection zone. The last thing worth noting is it forgets where the preset location is and sometimes needs calibration so the auto-preset location is used.I'm not overly excited by this camera and feels it needs some improvement to make it worth 5 stars. I'll be looking to replace it for more expensive version and hopefully get the quality I expected.On a positive note it's two way communication, auto led lights am which are very bright, connectivity being Poe rather than wireless makes it good value for money in that sense, and the sound quality in the videos makes it easy to understand conversations happening between you, the camera and the person being surveillanced.Update to one star. The camera became glitchy and started to behave oddly, after speaking to reolink support, multiple update attempts and the sound as if it's underwater, I am now waiting to see if they will accept an RMA and provide me with a better upgraded camera as this one has the bugs that others on the internet have also mentioned. Ideal for low noise and traffic areas but where PTZ and is an necessity from a camera this one doesn't simply cut it.I've now returned the camera and replaced it with the TrackMIx's little brother the RLC-830a and this is exactly how a ptz camera should work. If the E1 behaved like the 830a then it would be a 5 star camera easily!

it's easy to set up, very straight forward.apps work on phones and Mac, which is good.condensation issue as reported by others is only short term, once the unit has climatised to exterior it should clear, which it did.tracking, not brilliant. camera day and night quality is good. adding pre-set positions unit gets confused and forgets where they are.it has the potential to be a great unit, but in series need of a firmware update.it's okay

This is a really good camera, although if you don't have POE Power over ethernet in place then that can be tricky. My camera is replacing an Amcrest one that just keeps dropping its connection, and the faffing about you have to do to get it back on is not worth it. Reolink are a lot easier to sort if you were to change your router for instance. I recommend taking a photo of the QR code and store it on your laptop under the name of the camera i.e. Drive Cam, that way you don't have to take it down to re install it.This cam has a much wider field of view than I was expecting and the PTZ works great, there was a group of lads making some noise, strange for my road. I turned the camera and zoomed in, I could see that they were just waiting for a ride and not causing any bother. I don't know yet if the camera has memory points so you can put it quickly back to its resting position. Still much to discover.

Excellent picture quality clear day and night evening spot light really good.

Werkt goed met prima beeld en functies.Het enige minpuntje is, als je de camera naar een voor ingestelde positie laat draaien. (b.v. als een deur open gaat) Dan doet de auto tracking hebt een 30 sec. niet. Wordt mogelijk een keer verbeterd. Maar deze optie wat zinloos.

Ich habe mir diese Kamera als Ersatz für eine WLAN Kamera geholt, da diese nicht so gute Verbindung hatte. Nun ist es mit einem Netzwerkkabel und PoE perfekt. Ich habe eine 256GB Karte drin und die Kamera zeichnet 24/7 durchgehend auf, und das ca 5 Tage auch in bester Qualität und mit Audio. Perfekt. Kamera hat auch einen 3-fach optischen Zoom, der auch sehr gut funktioniert. Man hört ihn, genauso wie das Bewegen der Kamera mit PTZ im Audio, aber vollkommen ok. Müsste auch für drinnen gut geeignet sein. Die Kamera ist den Wettereinflüssen so ausgesetzt und teigt auch bei dem starken Regen der letzten Tage keine Probleme. Einziges Manko: Es fehlt ein Regenschutz, so landen eben auch Regentropfen auf der Linse die das Bild schon mal bei Regen stören. Für mich aber kein Problem. Wollte es nur mitteilen. Besser wäre ein, wenn auch kleiner Schutz hierfür.

Obiettivo e sensore veramente di qualità, le riprese sono molto nitide e la videocamera "risponde" bene. Oltretutto si alimenta tramite POE e credo si possa collegare anche ad un NVR. Il problema è che non è compatibile con il servizio CLOUD di Reolink (chissà il motivo ?) quindi può registrare solo tramite SD CARD o tramite - appunto - NVR. Se la prendete in sconto fate un affare, se la pagate a prezzo pieno conviene passare alla concorrenza. Ad ogni modo, lo ripeto: a livello di Hardware stiamo parlando di un gioiellino, le riprese notturne ad infrarossi sono veramente nitide. Il problema è il software/app che la gestisce ... a mio avviso molto "immaturo".
