Vendor reached out and asked what they could do to make it right. They sent a new carafe and it operates as advertised. No complaints. I appreciate the vendor going the extra mile to correct a defect.Bought this to use as a coffee carafe but it leaks where the plastic top (surprise, the container is stainless, the top is plastic) attaches to the stainless insulated container. Keeps coffee warm but you have to hold it over the sink when you pour a cup.

I make my coffee in a French press, so this thermos is vital to keep my coffee hot. Easy to use, however the picture showed a cleaning brush which was not included

I ordered 2 coffee pots. Both were delivered in the same box, but we're different styles of pots. I purposely bought the style on the box thinking the handle would be more sturdy. The handle just LOOKS like it attaches at the top and bottom. It does not. They both work great at keeping the coffee hot, but I wonder how long the handles will hold up.

Stays hot from 7 to noon. Reasonable price.

Keeps coffee hot and is what I wanted, but in less than a month you can see it leaks from the seal. It’s annoying to have dripping coffee all over.
