My granddaughter requested this book so it must be a good book

This little book provides a wide range of topics relating to the healthy development of ten year olds. While some kids might pick this book up and be interested in issues that apply specifically to them, I see it it more as guide in the hands of thoughtful and understanding parents who have the ability to discuss the social and personal problems they see their children struggling with and are able to offer them practical ways of approaching them while providing them emotional suppor. Simply gaining insght at ten is not enough to be effective. Guidance from someone with wisdom and kindness is more likely to lead to a desired result.

I bought the audio book first, because I wanted to preview the content before buying the physical copy for my grandson. The content is great, no complaints there. The person who is reading the audio book pronounces the word "especially" as "ex-pesh-ally". At first I thought I misheard it, so I rewound the audio and turned it up. Sure enough, she read the word as "ex-pesh-ally". As a former teacher, that is so annoying.

I tried to read this on my weekend with the girls, but they didn't want to talk about it. But the ten year old snagged the kindle and I saw them skipping through chapters like the ones on bullies.I checked the book out and their was good advice that was practical for kids. Just expect them to read it on their own in their own way.

Some chapters were good, but the book was just not worth the money. You can print most stuff from the web. Waste of 💵

My 10 year old really enjoyed the book. Had a lot of good advice for a young boy. Would definitely reccomend.

I really liked the fact one can read a little bit of what's it all about and found it was educational withfriendly advices for a ten year old. Highly approved from parents .as it teaches the child how to behave in life and good ethics that comes in this book

I bought it for my niece wand she loves it. It is very educating for 10 year olds and talks about everything including goal and hygiene for pre teenagers

I purchased a few of these books in different ages and they are excellent. My 10 year old read it one sitting. Lots of great mindset content as well as overall things to know. Highly recommend.

It surprised the child with all the things they're capable of doing at that age. (Didn't surprise me.) I haven't read it myself, but seems to resonate for child.
