This is hands down, by far the best libido and sex enhancement supplement I have ever tried.I take it a few times a week and its effects are noticeable and reliable.

My son and I take this Cistanche (aka desert ginseng) for different reasons. He takes it for muscle building and energy and I take it for helping my hair growing thicker and healthier. And all though the COA certificate of Analysis is shown with passing heavy metals and toxins,,, where is purity and dosage weight ? I've tried almost the entire bottle this Cistanche at a dose of 2 caps twice a day and have found little or no difference in overall energy or endurance. It's honestly very hard to say if this has resulted in any change or improvement in symptoms. I will say, it's not resulted in any negative side effects. The capsule size is rather standard... easy to swallow with enough liquid. Those that have issues swallowing pills will want a food chaser to prevent the capsule from getting stuck or opening in the esophagus. I didn't rate 'flavor' as these aren't meant to be opened so I'm not even sure just why this is a rated feature (who would bother to open and taste the powder?). I was hoping for a more obvious result... but unfortunately I've notice nothing.

I was excited to try Cistanche from what I have been reading, but after trying several combinations I have come to the conclusion that it must be the cause of headaches in my case. That said, I would not discourage you from trying it, but if you have any medical conditions (mild blood pressure in my case), do your homework and talk to your doctor before proceeding.
