What is the trick to opening the pumps? I have tried turning all 6 of the pumps until my hands are sore and none of them open. What am I missing?

You are not missing a thing. They are not easy to open. You will need to go slow when you turn to the correct direction. It will pop up slowly. When you do get it to work, then reuse the pump on your next bottle. I do that.

How does it compare with Body and Bath Works foam handsoap?

Has a light scent and it's a nice Foaming Hand wash easy to rinse off. I wouldn't know about Bath & Body because the smell of the store gives me a headache. I use Watkins products because the scents don't bother me.

Is this soap antibacterial?

It is triclosan free. It cleans great, smells wonderful. I intentionally avoid antibacterial soaps, they are unnecessary and some have the potential to mess with our environment.

Is the fragrance natural or synthetic?
