Very flavorful, great for baking

VERY STRONG AND FLAVORFUL

This cherry extract is realistic in taste. Great in all of my baking and sauces. Always use caution when adding any extract. It only takes a little to enhance the recipe. I can tell this is excellent by the smell and taste of my finished products. It can withstand the baking process.

Tart cherry flavor, not watered down which is important. If you like a tart cherry flavor, you will be pleased

The extraction tasted just like cherries didn’t have a aftertaste or nothing perfect for baking or for making candy

The flavor is concentrated which is wonderful... The problem is, that it doesn't taste like cherry - it tastes like almonds. I don't think I was accidentally sent the wrong bottle because it's artificially dyed to look like Cherry extract, and it smells like Cherry extract, but it tastes like almond extract.

This is locally hard to find for us at any grocery store and was an easy purchase here on Amazon. Needed it for chocolate covered cherry fudge and cherry mash for the holidays and this elevated the flavors perfectly. Would definitely recommend this extract and will purchase more as needed.
