My previous OBD2 plugin just wouldn’t connect with my phone so worse than useless This new one is so much more reliable and easy to use. Money well spent.

Simple and effective, easy to connect and accurate. Works well with my Toyota Auris 1.6 vvti

Downloaded the app, plugged in, cleared codes. Can check other systems for performance if you want but overall easy to use. Did have a bit of tech fiddly to get app talking to unit but once sorted did the job.

Bought this to check on any warning lights that may come on on my motorhome. Fiat's charges for diagnostics can be worth saving.App is easy to set up and works well with the scanner. Tried it out and it worked well. Will now always carry it in the van.

Too basic. Doesn't cover all features. I had a problem with my coolant exhaust valve. It didn't recognise it at all. I had to go to a garage for another full diagnostic check with his more sophisticated device.

I needed it to diagnose the engine light it was a o2 sensor needed replacing and i thought it was the alternator/battery so happy its identified the issue. The app has some nice info covers all the basics although some of the options could be better with a bit more info etc, It was about the right price although it needs the correct app does not work with other apps is the only downside but it does a good for what you get tho.

Did not work well at all. Tried in 2 vehicles. Gave a rev counter function, but both vehicles already had these. Gave it away to youngster to play with.

Great but if kit, very easy to set up and use. The software provided via QR code is excellent.My van is back out of limp mode and running great again.

Pretty cool scanner to have. Easy hook up. Good to know what’s going on if your check engine light comes on. Works well. Good price.

I live in Atlanta Georgia and my son lives in Houston Texas. He drives a 2020 vehicle. He called complaining about his car was making a loud noise. He supposed to start a new job and this was going to stop him from going to his new job on Monday. This happened on a Saturday afternoon.So he used an app called my mechanic. The mechanic came to the home charge him $85 to tell him that he had a timing change problem. I sent this product to my son's house overnight it was there the next morning. My son hooked it up to his car turned it on and it gave him a simple diagnosis. He looked it up on YouTube figured how to fix it on his own and his car runs normal again. This thing saved me $1600 😂 mechanic should use this as a backup. They try to listen to the car like they used to back in a day. Being an auto mechanic used to be a science. This thing has made it in art! It was so easy to use even a fifth grader could use it. It was definitely reliable because after it provided the diagnosis my son was able to fix the problem his self. The connection is easy thank goodness cars today have universal connections. It's got a cool appearance it's lightweight and he can take it anywhere with them. And the readability was perfect enough for him to go on YouTube and figure it out on his own. I'm going to send one of these to all of my children Great advice to provide them for Christmas especially if they have older cars.
