BEST EVER!! I highly recommend -1. Absolutely Silent; only time you hear a tiny tinkle is when it's almost empty and needs more water.2. There is never any "slime" when you go a little too long between cleanings. The filter must catch everything, because when I go to clean it and empty it out there is nothing "yucky" along surfaces (we have hard water that usually leaves an orange-y color when wiped) **It's worth it for this alone**3. We've been running it 24/7 for about 5 weeks, still doesn't need replacement filter (it comes with 2). It let's you know when it needs new filter with blinking I think.4. Has a nice soft blue light that's a nice nightlight for the cats.5. Important - I read that alot of cats have a bad reaction to plastics, etc. when their water or food dishes are made from them. This is safe because it's Stainless Steel.6. Easy window to see water level, and EASY TO FILL. Just pour more into top.7. Did I mention that it's SILENT??8. THE PRICE IS CRAZY AFFORDABLE. The pinkish-red that you see on the filter isn't from anything inside it; it's from bacteria building up in the water. If you take time to feel the wires close to the pump when you disassemble the fountain to clean it you'll feel the slime from the bacteria on them.Every other day I now add 4 drops of a structured silver solution to the water I add to keep the water level up—which eliminates noise from the water dropping down—and also keeps the contents cleaner. So I never have to change this filter any sooner than every 3 weeks and in between I thoroughly rinse it.If you opt to go w/o a filter you'll hear your fountain & shouldn't be surprised to see what has collect at the bottom of the tank. I'm not a coffee drinker, so I don't have a filter to test its efficacy.Since the fountain is on the floor the effort I have to expend to change the water weekly isn't much greater than totally cleaning it. So if I have to do one I do the other, and the effort is worth it since my cat completely stopped trying to drink water from the kitchen and/or bathroom faucet the same day I set up the fountain for him. And combining that with giving him a different I and luv and you wet cat food each day—that I also purchase here—also stopped his worrying weight loss. That's no inconsiderable feat considering he'll be 18 in a few weeks.

I have to work a whole day from 8 am-9pm, and I don't have time to change fresh water for both of my cats every day. I found this, at first it's cute. It can store up to 2.5 liters, and it's easy to clean too. As you can see in the video I provide, I can take apart easily, and the filter capture all the dirt. For me, it's worth it

This product was awful. The description of this fountain said that it came with a switch on the cord in case you did not want the blue lights to be on. Mine did not. In assembling the fountain, I had to not use the filter or the middle part that holds it because the flower piece would not fit on the tube that provides the fountain.If all that wasn’t bad enough, it leaked!!!!

I love this. It’s slightly noisy but not in any distracting or disruptive way. My cat loves it. Would definitely buy again.

Very nice fountain and my cats like it. My first unit didn’t have the power housing. Contacted the seller and they were quick to respond and sent another one. Love the light up feature but was disappointed that there isn’t an on/off switch as advertised and I had to use an old phone adapter to power it. Still overall very satisfied.

Works great, cute, and price was even better. It’s so great knowing my cats will always have a fresh, filtered supply of water. It’s super easy to set up and use.

Love this bowl with the new stainless steel bowl inside. Previously had a similar model but it was all plastic and it gave my cats chin acne. Once I made the switch to the stainless steel bowl their acne problems resolved!
