For which skin type is used for oily skin or dry skin

It says “oil free” product on the jar and in the description on the Amazon site. I have dry skin and it is a nice moisturizer for me when it’s hot outside. In the cold winter months, I need something heavier.

Is this better to put on at night or wear under makeup?

An oil-free and silicone-free daily moisturizer, Daily Greens delivers lightweight, lasting hydration without leaving skin feeling greasy. Daily Greens can be used both AM & PM, as well as under makeup.
